We have a large range of properties avalialble in the North of Cumbria and in Fife, Scotland. All of our properties sleep upwards of 6 guests, the largest being Yewtree House which sleeps 20. All properties are cleaned after every guest to a high proffessional standard for Serviced Accommodation which exceeds that of a hotel or B&B. All properties are fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay, see specific properties for details.

Two twin bedded rooms, a single room and a double sofa bed in the lounge gives this place the capacity to accommodate a seven person group in comfort. Two of the bedrooms can be set as either as twin single beds or as King size doubles. The other bedroom is a single. As standard the property is laid out with one room as twin single beds and one room as a King size double. Please let us know if you need an alternative setting.
The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. We even provide washing liquid & conditioner for the washing machine and soap/shampoo etc in the bathroom.
The lounge has a 43" TV connected via WiFi to the broadband so Guests can log into their Netflix etc. accounts if desired.
